In a move to strengthen it's fast growing baseball division, Dynamic Sports Management announced the hiring of Bret DeRosa, a Centereach, NY native with a plethora of baseball experience, and a vast amount of educational experience in the sports field. DeRosa was a three year varsity starter for Centereach High School's baseball team where he was awarded All County honors in his senior year, and helped lead the team to two consecutive league championships as a starting pitcher, and the teams third baseman. After his playing days DeRosa attended West Virginia University where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management. For the previous three years Bret has worked for the Long Island Ducks as the organizations Assistant Clubhouse Manager, an experience that helped him see baseball through the perspective of professional players, and coaches. DeRosa started this week, and is also currently attending New York University where he will be completing a Masters Degree in Sports Business Management this upcoming December. DSM is thrilled to have Bret on board as they believe he will have a significant impact on the baseball division, and can help take it to the next level.

In addition to baseball operations, DeRosa will direct the social media department at DSM. He has experience in this role from his time as the social media coordinator for the Sports Management Club at West Virginia University. DSM is excited to devote someone specifically to social media as this is a crucial part of marketing the company and all of the teams they manage. They believe that with Bret at the helm the social media department could help DSM tremendously. DeRosa will be handling the social media for all of the following teams:

LI Beach Bums Lacrosse

Fighting Ducks Lacrosse

LI Jesters Lacrosse

Team 91 Lacrosse

Dynamic Lacrosse Training

Empire Lacrosse

My Lacrosse Tournaments

Grit Baseball
